If your store falls within one of our established delivery routes we will gladly deliver your order for a small Delivery Fee!
PAYMENT TERMS
Customers may pay via' Company Check upon delivery or they may set up a credit card on file with our accounting department.

A $45 Returned Check Fee will apply to any returned checks.

Every small animal and reptile that you purchase comes with a 14 Day Health Guarantee! If you purchase our Mazuri diets and continue to feed your pets the same diet they were raised on the guarantee is extended to 1 Year!
Exotic Breeders & Zoos
We also welcome the business of Exotic Animal Breeders and Zoo Curators! If you are a commercial breeder or are curate a zoo that would benefit from any of our prey items, we would love an opportunity to service your needs!
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
All orders must be turned in via email or by phone at least 72 hours from your established delivery date. A PetBasics representative will contact you if your order can not be filled for any reason.

PET BASICS
Pet Basics is a family owned and operated company that was started out of the love for animals. Growing up with many types of pets and a passion for ALL animals over time grew into the business we are today!
​
With over 20 years experience in the Pet Industry we know what it takes to not only operate a successful retail pet store, but we're also very familiar with the task of finding a good healthy consistent supply animals to provide for your customers. Insuring you always have what they're looking for. We know that for some customers it may be a first time pet while for others it may be one more fur or scale baby to love on and add to their family.

We specialize in raising only the highest quality, healthiest animals. We never sell you anything that wasn't produced right here at our facility. This not only applies to our "pet" animals such as bunnies and bearded dragons, but also includes our "prey" animals including rats and Dubia roaches.

Over time we have hand selected all of our breeding stock, which in many cases came from some of the best show rabbits and guinea pigs in the United States, all the way to our designer breeder ball pythons and bearded dragons. We continue to produce some of the most amazing animals available in the pet industry, and hope you enjoy our babies as much as we do!

Our breeding site is a heated and air conditioned facility that houses all of our inventory. We have separate temperature controlled rooms for mammals, dragons, and ball pythons. We even have a dedicated roach room that stays at a toasty 85 degrees!

Since we are not a retail store, and only sell via wholesale to breeders and retail establishments, we are not open to the public. You MUST have a TAX ID or FEI# to purchase from us.
